Not all insurance companies provide physical therapy benefits. Madras Physical Therapy will contact your insurance company to verify coverage before your appointment.

My insurance does not cover physical therapy/I do not have insurance. How much will a physical therapy visit cost?
An initial evaluation will cost you $140.00 for a 60-minute evaluation. This payment is required at the time of service. If additional visits are needed, we will work out a payment plan. We do offer a cash rate for your convenience.

Does the staff at Madras Physical Therapy speak Spanish?
Currently, we do not have staff that speak Spanish. We invite you to bring a family member or friend to interpret for you.

What can I expect at my evaluation?
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment so that the necessary paperwork may be filled out. Please have your insurance card available so that we have your current information. Arrive dressed in comfortable clothing so that you are able to move freely during the evaluation. Rob or Trevor will speak with you regarding the reason for your visit, complete a comprehensive assessment and develop a plan of care that meets your goals.

How do I pay for my physical therapy visits?
If you do not have physical therapy benefits through your insurance, you will be required to pay the set fee at the time of your visit. If you have insurance coverage, we will bill the insurance company for you and then bill you for any remaining balance.

Can I continue to use your facility after my therapy sessions are done?
Yes. As a courtesy to our clients, the gym is available for you after your care is finished at No Charge. We encourage you to come in during regular business hours.
