To help us meet our goal, please bring current insurance information for any primary or secondary insurance you would like us to bill for our services. We are a preferred or contracted provider for a wide variety of insurance carriers to offer you the benefit of in network coverage. If you are being treated for an on the job injury or motor vehicle accident please bring claim information. We also accept cash payment with a discounted rate for paying at time of service. Please do not hesitate to contact any of our staff or clinicians regarding billing or insurance questions.
Madras Physical Therapy cares about the patients we treat, and we encourage patients who are not able to afford their medical bills to discuss these challenges with our clinic. It is the policy of Madras Physical Therapy to treat all of our patients equitably and with dignity in accordance with the Financial Hardship Policy. Discounts offered to patients are intended for residents of the community served by Madras Physical Therapy. Our practice reserves the right to modify our Patient Discount Policy at any time.
